All estimates are subject to change based on site conditions and final measurements.
Down payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Payment schedules are defined in each signed contract and follow Missouri and Minnesota state laws regarding construction services.
Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or cancellation.

4. Marketing & Communication Consent
